The grinding mechanism is from Swiss production (Strässler, Rafz). It is made from stainless steel. The big advantage of this grinder is, that adjust in the grain size is done with a spring-secured screw at the bottom of the mill. In this way the grain size remains throughout the grinding process the same.
There are different sizes from ca. 95, 135 and 190 mm, the diameter is about 49 mm.
