BOEDE manufactures different types of mills including salt- to pepper- and nutmeg grinders.
The pepper mill grinding mechanism is from Swiss production (Strässler, Rafz). It is made from stainless steel. The big advantage of this grinder is, that adjusting the grain size is done with a spring-secured screw at the bottom of the mill. In this way the grain size remains throughout the grinding process the same.
The salt grinder makes a good companion to the paper mill in the same design.
The grinding mechanism is made of plastics whereas the driving rod is made from aluminium (Design: Strässler, Rafz, Switzerland). The grain size is adjusted with a spring-loaded screw at the bottom of the mill. This makes sure that the grain remains the same throughout grinding.
For those who love the taste of nutmeg on smashed potatoes, this is the ideal grinder.
The mechanics of the nut-meg grinder are made from stainless steel by Strässler, Rafz, Switzerland. The driving rod holds the nut securely in place and under pressure, so that an even and fine shaving is guaranteed.
