BOEDE offers a unique hand bookbinding and electronic type setting service. Its well-equipped workshop and experienced staff are capable of delivering the highest quality workmanship whether it is an original piece of work or a restoration of an existing piece. To ensure your ultimate satisfaction the project will be discussed thoroughly with you before work commences and if necessary during the production phase. Staff will be happy to accept your own designs or create ideas for you from which you can choose. Bookbindings can be in paper, cloth, leather or parchment. Choose from a wide variety of materials and sizes.

Electronic typesetting is performed within the TeX environment. The output will be in the PDF (Adobe Portable Document Format) file format. Tables of Contents and lists for figures tables and indexes are easily and accurately configured. The PDF file format provides the additional benefit that all the interactive elements are available (eg interactive content tables, cross referenced text etc).

This typesetting environment makes it possible to have both printed documents and screen versions from the same source file.

Printable documents can be typeset in a single- or double-sided layout and with different page layouts as required.
